Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all parts and accessories included. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To start a return, please contact us at getsplashr@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs and return postage fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our store.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getsplashr@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
EU and UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period ends.
