Splashr operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel or change certain types of purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy options.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription directly from the order confirmation email or through your customer account.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect either no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment. If only a deposit is collected, we will store your payment method securely and charge the balance when the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If your pre-order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item under a try before you buy option, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will then have a set period of time, stated at checkout, to decide if you wish to keep the item.
If you return the item within the allowed timeframe, you will not be charged. If you do not return the item within the timeframe, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.
