Splashr is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver your orders when you make a purchase using the Services. Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to three business days after your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. Please allow up to five business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location. For Australia, delivery typically takes five to twelve business days. For the United States, delivery typically takes seven to fifteen business days. For the United Kingdom and Europe, delivery typically takes seven to twenty business days. For all other international destinations, delivery typically takes ten to twenty-five business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs
For orders placed in Australia, free shipping is offered on orders over AUD $99. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. For international orders, a flat rate of AUD $20 applies unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other customs fees once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Splashr is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within thirty business days, please contact us at getsplashr@gmail.com so we can investigate the matter with the carrier. Packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. Splashr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
